About the Speaker:
Kate Hope is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition.
Kate has a nutritional consulting practise, and is a staff nutritionist for two other medical clinics. She likes blending age old wisdom with modern science as she guides clients on their healing journeys, using diet and lifestyle measures.
Kate recently co-authored a chapter on circadian rhythm entitled, “Circadian Rhythm: Light-Dark Cycles,” for the upcoming textbook, Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy: Principles and Practices, to be published by Springer.
