About the Speaker:
Dr. Lori Valentine Rose earned a BS in bio-environmental science and her MS and Ph.D. in biology. She is a nationally certified nutrition professional, board-certified in holistic nutrition, and a nationally registered clinical herbalist. She studied herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar, Juliet Blankespoor, Rosalee de la Foret, KP Khalsa, Paul Bergner, Kami McBride, Sam Coffman, and other great herbalists. She has been teaching holistic nutrition and biology at Hill College since 2008, and she is the founder of the Hill College Holistic Wellness Pathway, which is the only accredited wellness pathway that includes both the educational and clinical training required for three national holistic wellness boards (NANP, AHG, ICHWC). Lori also offers private nutrition and clinical herbalist consultations.
